If after delivery of a product you find that the product is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.

On the other hand, for non-defective products, the sale is considered final sale, and thus mercantile does not acknowledge any return.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product Is used/ or altered

  • Demonstrate physical harm to the box or else to the merchandise
  • Is returned without original packaging as well as accessories
  • Serial Number has been interfered by you

If you have received a scratched product or vacant parcel or any item is absent, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt of the order.

Our Return Policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days pass by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is deemed faulty. Your item must be the same, in the same condition and unused to be eligible for a return.

When the product is being returned, we provide the refund of the paid amount in your bank directly. You will not get the refund in cash. We will provide you a refund once we receive the goods and checked them. The refund will generally take up to 7 days after we receive the products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our clients are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. All faults must be properly verified in order to honor the warranty.

You will be notified of the approval or the rejection of refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. You will receive 2% less amount which is deducted by the payment gateway.
